Soft Positioning
The actuator decelerates softly before reaching end of travel positions. This reduces impact on the valve body from the actuator’s mechanical kinetic energy and extends valve service life.
Flexible Control Configuration
The product monitors more than 20 status signals, including open/closed end position, remote/local switchover, general fault alarm, etc. Any status can be transmitted to the system via any output channel through configuration settings.

Louver actuators for air-cooled condenser (ACC) towers in thermal power plants often face challenges such as installation interference, frequent modulation, winter freeze protection, and extended travel time. Part-turn electric actuators are designed to address these challenges: an extended output shaft helps avoid installation interference; the S5 duty cycle supports high-frequency modulation of up to 1,800 cycles/h; a wear-resistant worm gear helps reduce wear; and a built-in electric heater, combined with low-temperature gear oil, supports stable operation under low-temperature conditions.
