Electromagnetic Flowmeters
The MF series electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, consisting of a sensor and a converter. It has virtually no pressure loss and the measurement is unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, or pressure. The Chuanyi MF series covers pipeline types (MFC general-purpose, MFE-S multi-function/process-control, MFD slurry, MFS sanitary, MFL two-wire, MFB battery-powered) and insertion type (MFP), with diameters from DN2.5 to DN2400.
MFC General-Purpose Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The MFC series electromagnetic flowmeter is designed based on proven Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, featuring high accuracy, good stability and excellent cost performance, suitable for municipal water supply, wastewater treatment and general industrial process control.
MFE-S Multi-Function Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The MFE-S Series is a high-end intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, featuring a high-performance microprocessor, advanced signal processing algorithms. It offers enhanced interference immunity and comprehensive diagnostic functions, making it suitable for applications with demanding requirements for metering accuracy and intelligent functionality.
MFD Slurry Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The MFD Series Electromagnetic Flowmeter is designed specifically for liquid-solid two-phase flows such as pulp and ore slurry. It employs multi-frequency excitation and anti-interference technology to deliver stable measurement of high-concentration slurries with fast response.
Vortex Flowmeters
The vortex flowmeter is based on the Karman Vortex Street principle, featuring strong anti-vibration capability and excellent high-temperature resistance. The VFD anti-vibration type adopts dual-probe sensor technology, maintaining accurate measurement even under pipeline vibration up to 3g, with a maximum turndown ratio of 1:20. The VFT Enhanced Vortex Flowmeter adopts advanced FFT spectrum analysis for accurate vortex detection in low-flow regions, with a turndown ratio up to 1:40. Features shielded signal chain, built-in surge protection, optimized anti-vibration algorithms, hot-swappable probe (no process fluid contact).
VFD Anti-Vibration Vortex Flowmeter
The VFD Anti-Vibration Vortex Flowmeter is a high-performance instrument that employs advanced digital signal processing technology, setting it apart from conventional vortex flowmeter measurement approaches. It delivers accurate measurement even under pipe vibration levels of up to 1 g and flow velocities as low as 0.3 m/s, making it specifically suited to demanding operating environments.
VFT Enhanced Vortex Flowmeter
The VFT Enhanced Vortex Flowmeter employs advanced signal processing technology based on FFT spectrum analysis to reliably detect vortex signals in the low-flow, small-signal range, achieving a turndown ratio of up to 1:40. It features a shielded signal chain design, built-in surge protection, and an optimized anti-vibration algorithm. The non-wetted probe design allows for online replacement.
Differential Pressure Flowmeters
Differential pressure flowmeters measure flow via the differential pressure produced by a primary element, based on Bernoulli's equation. They feature high temperature/pressure resistance, large diameters and high standardization, suitable for liquids, gases, steam and two-phase flows.
DFYT Integrated Orifice Flowmeter
The DFYT Integrated Orifice Flowmeter incorporates an orifice plate, a three-valve manifold, a differential pressure transmitter, and temperature/pressure compensation into a single unit. Each unit is pressure-tested as a complete assembly prior to delivery, with actual flow calibration available as an option. The straight pipe section is precision bored and honed, ensuring high accuracy and excellent coaxiality. The design allows for straightforward installation and maintenance, with an accuracy of up to Class 0.5.
DF Multi-Hole Orifice Flow Meter
The multi-hole balanced orifice is the 3rd-generation throttling device. Measurement accuracy is 5~10x better than traditional orifice plates, with permanent pressure loss of only ~1/3. Multi-hole symmetric design balances and conditions the flow field.
DF Standard Nozzle Flowmeter
The standard nozzle features a rounded-profile design that offers low pressure loss, short straight-pipe run requirements, and high accuracy. It is particularly suited to flow measurement of high-temperature, high-pressure steam and high-velocity fluids in power plants, and complies with ISO 5167-3:2022. The unit is integrally forged without welded seams, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
DF Standard Venturi Flowmeter
The Venturi tube produces a permanent pressure loss of only about one-eighth of the differential pressure value, offering significantly lower pressure loss and substantially shorter straight-pipe run requirements compared to other standard throttling devices. It is widely used for flow measurement of fluids such as air, natural gas, coal gas, water, and steam, and complies with ISO 5167-4:2022.
Metal Tube Rotameters
Metal-tube rotameters are variable-area flowmeters that measure small flows of liquids, gases and steam by the position of a magnetic float in a tapered tube. They feature simple structure, visual indication and extensive explosion-proof options.
