VFT Enhanced Vortex Flowmeter
The VFT Enhanced Vortex Flowmeter employs advanced signal processing technology based on FFT spectrum analysis to reliably detect vortex signals in the low-flow, small-signal range, achieving a turndown ratio of up to 1:40. It features a shielded signal chain design, built-in surge protection, and an optimized anti-vibration algorithm. The non-wetted probe design allows for online replacement.

Features & Benefits
Wetted-Parts-Free Probe, On-Line Replacement Without Shutdown
The probe is completely isolated from the process media, transmitting signals through air and mechanical components. When a probe needs replacement, there is no need to shut down, depressurize, or disassemble piping—on-line replacement reduces maintenance downtime to zero. The best choice for continuous-process plants.
Industry-Leading 1:40 Turndown
An optimized lift-force cantilever tail fin design, combined with advanced FFT spectrum analysis, achieves a turndown ratio up to 1:40—over 30% wider than conventional vortex meters. A single meter covers the full flow range from low load to full load.
High SNR, Strong Interference Immunity
The entire signal chain is shielded, with built-in surge protection and continuously optimized anti-vibration algorithms. In plant environments dense with VFDs and motor drives, the meter still outputs a clean, stable signal, eliminating measurement drift caused by on-site electromagnetic interference.
Thermally Isolated Probe for Longer Life in High-Temperature Service
The probe is isolated from the process media, so its body temperature drops significantly when measuring high-temperature fluids. This fundamentally solves the problems of rapid aging and zero drift that plague conventional vortex probes at elevated temperatures—delivering better long-term stability.
HART Smart Communication and Self-Diagnostics
Supports HART, Modbus (RS485), and 4–20 mA / pulse output for seamless DCS/PLC integration. Built-in empty-pipe, overrange, and sensor-fault diagnostics; damping time adjustable from 0.5 to 200 seconds; 5-segment linearization—commissioning and inspection can be completed remotely.
