Features & Benefits
Exceptional Wear Resistance for Long-Term Service Life
The valve is rated for over one million on-off cycles, with a specialized surface hardening process enabling the ball and seat sealing surfaces to deliver outstanding resistance to wear and erosion.
Low Operating Torque and Fast Response
The sealing pair features a low coefficient of relative friction. Complemented by all-metal wear-resistant bearings and an oversized hardened stem, this design effectively reduces the operating torque. The fast actuation speed matches the precise process timing requirements of high-frequency sequential logic control.
Bubble-Tight Shutoff with Reliable Sealing
Compliant with API 598 leakage class requirements, the bidirectional DBB seat design achieves ANSI Class VI sealing (bi-directional bubble-tight shutoff). The seat is constructed from a purpose-developed wear-resistant alloy and integrates a scraper self-cleaning mechanism, effectively preventing particle deposition and hard scale buildup that could scratch the sealing surface. This maintains high sealing integrity after extended high-frequency operation.
Enhanced Safety with Multi-Layer Protection Design
Incorporates five key safety features: rapid on-off operation, automatic cavity pressure relief, anti-blowout stem, fire-safe construction, and antistatic design. The self-relieving cavity structure prevents abnormal pressure buildup in the valve cavity that could otherwise damage the valve body. The anti-blowout design prevents the stem from being ejected under high pressure. The metallic fire-resistant materials are inherently fire-safe. The antistatic design dissipates static electricity to reduce the risk of ignition in the presence of flammable media.
Low Fugitive Emission Design for Environmental Compliance
The valve employs a live-loaded packing structure that automatically compensates for packing wear caused by extended high-frequency operation. It maintains consistent stem sealing force and effectively reduces external leakage at the packing and bonnet joint areas, supporting compliance with increasingly stringent environmental emission standards.
