BH Bar Stock Weld-in Thermowell
The welded mounting delivers excellent sealing and structural strength. Integrally CNC drilled without welded joints, it operates reliably under extreme conditions for critical measurement points in petrochemical and power sectors.

Features & Benefits
Superior Sealing Integrity
The welded connection removes leakage hazards and provides high safety, suitable for severe high-risk scenarios with high-temperature high-pressure steam, flammable, explosive and toxic media requiring strict sealing.
High Flow Velocity Resistance
The integrally machined bar stock structure without weld seams offers high mechanical strength. Compared with threaded or flanged types, the weld-in design shortens cantilever length and greatly improves resistance to high-velocity flow impact for stable long-term service in steam piping and other high-flow environments.
Well-matched Material Selection
Available with low-alloy steels (F11, F22, F91, F92) and austenitic stainless steels (304, 316, 321). These grades balance weldability and impact resistance, and can be matched to pipe material to guarantee weld quality and long-term stable operation.
Strict Quality Assurance
Every unit undergoes X-ray radiographic, hydrostatic and leak tests prior to shipment. Strength and vortex resonance frequency are calculated per ASME PTC 19.3 TW at the order stage to match site operating conditions.
