Features & Benefits
High Control Accuracy with Wide Rangeability
The valve plug is available in two single-seat, piston-type configurations: top-guided and bottom-guided (quick-change). Flow characteristic curves meet IEC 534-2 standards. Inherent rangeability reaches 50:1, with equal percentage, linear, and quick-opening flow characteristics available.
Low Flow Resistance with High Flow Capacity
The valve body features an S-shaped streamlined fluid passage. The equal-cross-section, low-resistance flow path is engineered using fluid dynamics principles to minimize pressure drop. The rated flow coefficient is approximately 30% higher than that of comparable products. The compact structure maintains a high flow capacity, helping reduce system energy consumption.
Wide Temperature Range with Robust Process Adaptability
By using different bonnet types, the valve can accommodate an extensive temperature range, making it suitable for various process lines from cryogenic to high-temperature applications.
High Sealing Integrity and Tight Shutoff Capability
Metal seats achieve ANSI B16.104 Class V leakage rates; soft seats (PTFE) meet ANSI B16.104 Class VI (bubble-tight shutoff). The bellows seal construction provides a hermetic seal around the moving valve stem to prevent fugitive emissions, meeting stringent environmental and safety production requirements.
Vibration-Resistant Design for Stable Operation
The valve plug incorporates a large guiding area to enhance guiding stability and vibration resistance. Paired with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator for a compact structure and high output force, the valve maintains stable operation under demanding conditions and is not prone to external interference or damage, making it well suited for long-term, heavy-duty service.
