Features & Benefits
Three types of element configurations
Three types of element configurations are available, multi‑element type, single‑element multi‑point type, and multi‑element multi‑point type. Selection can be flexibly made according to the process package requirements and measuring‑point acquisition density.
Two Types of Integrated Multi-point Manufacturing Processes
Double-layer armoured structure: Multiple micro armoured elements are integrated inside a flexible tube. It features abundant measuring points and high positioning accuracy, suitable for medium and low-pressure working conditions. Single-layer solid armoured structure: Fabricated by integral extrusion and drawing forming. It has high temperature resistance, small bending radius and high pressure resistance, applicable to hydrogenation reactors and similar equipment.
Special Sealing for High-pressure Service
High-pressure service is equipped with pressure-bearing protective sleeves or multi-stage leak-tight sealing structure at cold end. Products undergo hydrostatic test, helium leak test and non-destructive testing before delivery to meet stringent service requirements.
