Features & Benefits

Friction-Free Operation and Extended Service Life

The triple-offset design enables immediate seat disengagement upon opening and final-stage contact upon closing, requiring low breakaway torque.

Anti-blowout Stem Design

The one-piece stem is manufactured from high-strength stainless steel to withstand high differential pressure. The stepped structure effectively prevents stem blowout and enhances valve safety.

Packing Freeze Protection

The extended bonnet positions the stem packing away from cryogenic media to maintain packing integrity and service life.

Interchangeable Sealing Components

With an independent seat construction, both the valve seat and sealing ring are replaceable and interchangeable.

Low Fugitive Emission Design

The packing system features a Belleville spring live-loading compensation design to minimize fugitive emissions at the packing in accordance with TA-Luft emission standards.

Hainan International Commercial Aerospace Launch Center

Primarily used for controlling the loading and supply of cryogenic propellants including liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid methane. Core functions include precise flow regulation and on-off control, supporting safe and accurate propellant loading into launch vehicle tanks prior to launch.

    Shenzhen LNG Receiving Terminal

    Shenzhen LNG Receiving Terminal

Primarily used for controlling the full process of transportation, storage, and regasification of LNG at -162°C and cryogenic auxiliary media (liquid nitrogen/BOG) at -196°C. Core functions include LNG storage tank inlet isolation, ship unloading line on-off control, BOG handling, and flow regulation with emergency shut-off for large-diameter, low-differential-pressure pipelines.
